• Week 4: Your Solar Plexus Energy your power centre, your source of confidence and identity.  Discover what physiological changes you can make to support more confidence and inner strength.
• Week 5: The true power of your Heart the point of emotional balance, love and compassion. Your heart energy is not only in your chest area but your eyes, hands and feet too! In week 5 you will clear beliefs that create blockages in this area and receive downloads and playlists to support healing.
• Week 6: Find your voice as we clear our Throat Energy, responsible for communication, mental and emotional expression the connection point of mind to body, moving from thoughts to feelings.
• Week 7: Open to your divine wisdom as we move to the 3rd Eye Energy, responsible for insight, a higher vision, integrity and wisdom.
• Week 8: The Crown Energy is your connection to divine wisdom and inspiration.  Did you know that it's not only at the top of your head but the tips of your fingers and toes too ! When the crown is clear and open to receive you will experience creativity and clarity in thought word and deed!
